What is a subscription to "World Phone"?
"Tariff Plan "WorldPhone" is the world's only mobile plan which includes roaming and international calls for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Voice, SMS and data - all included. Without the use of IP telephony and call back (Callback) – Using the largest GSM carriers in the world to ensure the highest call quality.
How many and what type of numbers does a subscriber get with "World Phone"?
Subscriber receives U.S. number (code +1) on the SIM card, and, depending on the tariff plan, up to 5 additional numbers for incoming calls in the other countries where the user would like to have a local phone number. At the subscriber’s request, the amount of additional numbers can be increased. Currently Pond Mobile offers additional numbers in over 90 countries.

What number is displayed on the caller ID with "World Phone" Tariffs?
The caller ID will reflect the subscriber's American number OR subscriber can request Smart Caller ID feature to be activated on his/her line. This feature allows you to display your local number when calling different countries rather than displaying your US number. For example, when calling the UK, dialed parties will see your UK number. Calling the US, dialed parties will see your US number.
On which numbers can people call me?
You can be reached on any of the numbers assigned to you at all times.
Can I keep my existing mobile phone number(s)?
Yes, Pond can connect existing mobile phone numbers from over 90 countries.

How will a subscriber receive his/her bill?
Subscriber will receive a bill via e-mail. At the request of the subscriber, the bill can be provided via standard mail.
When does a subscriber receive a bill?
Subscriber receives a monthly bill a few days after the end of their billing period.
Can I increase the amount of minutes, SMS, mobile Internet provided if I need more than my plan allows?
Yes. Pond Mobile can create a custom plan to fit your needs or add on additional units to your existing plan.
What are the advantages of having multiple SIM cards?
Pond offers a pooling plan for groups and corporate clients which allows for even more savings. Contact a sales associate for details.
I was told Pond Mobile offers a referral bonus, is that true?
Yes, Pond Mobile believes the best way to promote our products and services is through our existing client base. We have a "Bring a friend program" which allows our existing customers to get credits on their bills for referring new business. For details contact your sales associate.
What if I don’t find the answer to my question?

What if the SIM card is lost (lost, stolen, along with the device)?
Subscriber shall contact Pond Mobile directly by calling or send a request to sales@pondmobile.com. After blocking, Customer Service will send the subscriber a new SIM card. If request is made via email, customer must send email from the address we have on file.
